Special Planning Board Meeting

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Spring Lake Planning Board, Spring Lake, New Jersey will hold a Special Meeting of the Planning Board on February 25, 2026, at 7P.M., in the Spring Lake Borough Council Meeting Room, located at the Spring Lake Municipal Building 423 Warren Ave, Spring Lake, New Jersey 07762. At the above time and place the Board shall hear the Matter of 1312 3^rd Avenue HLDGS – FAHERTY, LLC, the “Faherty Application”, in reference to property located at 1312 Third Avenue, Block 80, Lot 8, and such other matters as may be scheduled to be heard. Please be advised that formal action may be taken at the above meeting.
