PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Spring Lake Planning Board, Spring Lake, New Jersey Special Meeting of the Planning Board previously scheduled for September 24, 2025, at 7p.m., in the Spring Lake Borough Council Meeting Room, located at the Spring Lake Municipal Building 423 Warren Avenue, Spring Lake, New Jersey, 07762 has been rescheduled to October 29, 2025, at 7p.m. At the above time and place the Board shall hear the Matter of 1312 3rd Avenue HLDGS-Faherty, LLC, the “Faherty Application”, in reference to property located at 1312 Third Avenue, Block 80, Lot 8, and such other matters as may be scheduled to be heard. Please be advised that formal action may be taken at the above meeting.
