Yoga & Aerobics Programs

KARMA BEACH YOGA: Sessions begin Saturdays & Sundays, May 26th-September 1st from 8:00-9:00 a.m. upstairs at the North End Pavilion. Theses classes are conducted by Karma Barre and Yoga

INLET BEACH YOGA:  Sessions begin Sundays, June 9th-September 1st from 8:00-9:00 a.m. upstairs at the South End Pavilion. These classes are conducted by Inlet Yoga.

BRIELLE BEACH YOGA: Sessions begin Saturday, June 22nd-Monday, September 2nd, Monday-Saturday 8:00-9:00 a.m. upstairs at the South End Pavilion. These classes are conducted by Brielle Yoga.

BEACH AEROBICS: Sessions begin Monday-Friday, June 24th - August 30th from 8:30-9:30 a.m. upstairs at the North End Pavilion. Classes taught by several certified instructors.

BEACH BOOT CAMP: 4-week session from July 8th-August 2nd Monday evenings from 5:30-6:30 p.m. or Friday mornings from 8:30-9:30 a.m. on the North End beach. Class is taught by Kelly Thielan, certified boot camp instructor.

FLOWING QIGONG & TAI CHI: Sessions run June 21st-August 2nd Mondays & Wednesdays, 9:00-10:00 a.m. at Potter Park on Warren Avenue in front of the Spring Lake Train Station. Class is under the direction of Melinda Applegate, certified instructor. 

ADULT WATER FITNESS: Sessions begin Sunday, July 7th- Thursday, August 29th. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday mornings from 8:00-9:00 a.m. at the North End Pool. Class is under the direction of Elaine McColgan, certified water fitness instructor.
